The collection, called “Snoop Dogg Passport Series: Gifts,” consisted of 996,000 animated collectibles built on the TON blockchain. Prices ranged from $3 to $150, and the entire drop sold out in less than 30 minutes—generating an estimated $12 million in revenue. The project was executed using Telegram’s native wallet and gifting feature, signaling a shift toward more integrated, mainstream crypto experiences.

This isn’t Snoop’s first foray into Web3—he’s been in the space since 2013, accepted Bitcoin for albums, and even built virtual mansions in The Sandbox.
